When you place an order
We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information to fulfil your order. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and/or PayPal — we do not store your full card details.

When you sign up to our mailing list
We collect your name and email address to send you updates, new product announcements, and occasional discount codes.
Lawful basis: Consent (you actively opted in via our website or at a craft fair).

When you browse our website
Shopify collects standard analytics data (pages visited, browser type, referring site). We may also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. This data is anonymised and used only to improve the shopping experience.

When you sign up at a craft fair
If you give us your name and email on a physical signup sheet, we import your details into our Shopify mailing list. The paper sheets are securely stored and destroyed after import.
